Building plans for the Centre for Performance, Technology, and Equity

About the Centre for Performance, Technology, and Equity (PTEQ)

We applied for Expanding Excellence in England (E3) funding to found the Centre for Performance, Technology, and Equity (PTEQ), with the idea that performance-led perspectives and promotion of social equity are critical to technological innovation both for the arts and beyond. And we are beyond thrilled to have the opportunity now to realize this vision.

We will formally launch PTEQ in Autumn 2024. In the meantime, we have already begun to hire for new roles, the first cohort of collaborative doctoral studentships have just been advertised, and the architects are touching up the final plans for our new physical space. And we now have a webpage where you can learn more about PTEQ as well as ways to collaborate and work with us, and also meet the team.
